Bid Assistance

Mid-America’s Bid Assistance program is part of the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network (OBAN).  OBAN is a statewide network of trained procurement assistance specialists.  Mid-America’s Bid Assistance program helps businesses planning to market their goods or services to government entities and prime contractors.  Millions of dollars are awarded each year to providers of goods and services to city, county, state, and federal agencies.  A bid-matching program is used to search for solicitations tailored to the individual small business.  The matches listing the solicitations are placed on a webpage specific to the individual business.

Services available through the Bid Assistance Center include, but are not limited to:
• Web-based bid opportunity notices
• Assistance with:
   o Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR)
   o Hubzone Registration
o On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA)
• Access to specifications, standards and drawings (restrictions may apply)
• Computer and software support (limitations may apply)
