The Agriculture Business Management Program assists agriculture families in achieving their business and family goals through improved management, organization, and efficiency.

The Agriculture Business Management Program is an approved and preferred provider of Farm Service Agency borrower training.

Classroom training provides a basis for skills in record keeping, financial statements, income tax management, and production planning analysis. Tools like partial and enterprise budgets, along with cash flow, income statements, and balance sheets are an essential part of today’s agriculture business planning.

Individual on-site visits provide follow-up and reinforcement to the classroom training. These visits provide time for specific questions and problems to be addressed that relate to the individual operation.
