9. Conduct low risk and high risk traffic stops.
10. Locate residences by using 9-1-1 addresses on a map.
11. Look up Oklahoma laws by statute numbers.
12. Communicate on the radio using proper radio procedures.
13. Apply the steps of first aid to prevent shock, stop bleeding, and conduct CPR.
