CNC Machinist

Description:
This course prepares students for an entry-level job in the machining and metals industry.  Students will learn the techniques and skills of shaping metals by using lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses and computerized machinery.

Hours:
Morning session – 8:10 – 11:10 a.m.
Afternoon session – 12:45 – 3:45 p.m.

Clock Hours/Weeks of Instruction:  930/34
Normal Completion Time:  34 weeks for full-time status

College Credit:
Up to 29 hours through Oklahoma City Community College
