Private Security Phase IV (Armed)
| Description: Study safety, nomenclature, legal, and civil issues concerning the use of deadly force, weapon care, and maintenance. Instruction includes classroom training, range procedures, and the firing of revolvers or semi-automatics (Instructor will approve the firearm). The student can take the course with either a revolver or semi-auto but not both. Students will fire a total of 400 rounds of Ammunition during the 20 hours on the range from the one-hand position at one yard to up to 25 yards in the two-hand position. Minimum age is 21 years old. The range date will be determined by the instructor and will be during the weekend. Attendance at all class sessions is required. CPI/MMPI test is required before enrollment. No Discounts. |
