Mid-America Business and Industry Council

Business People Meeting PhotoThe mission of the Mid-America Business and Industry Council is to provide a forum where business, industry, educational and public service professionals can discuss relevant topics while having the opportunity to network.

Founded in 1994 when a group of local business and industry leaders determined that there was a need to provide a forum for the dissemination of the most current information in education, business, industry and governmental affairs.

We meet the first Thursday of every month. Breakfast is served free of charge beginning at 6:45 A.M.

The program begins at 7:00 and concludes promptly at 8:00.

For those who are interested in becoming more involved, there is a meeting of the Planning Committee immediately following the council meeting. The meetings are held at Mid-America Technology Center, Health Services building, Seminar Center. There is ample parking in front of the Health Services building. The meetings are open to the public. We meet to have a better-informed community that will bring strength to the Mid-America service area both economically and educationally.
