Electricians Assistant Residential/Commercial

Description:
This class provides an understanding of the basic fundamentals of electricity and its practical applications, instructs the student in direct current and alternating current circuitry, teaches residential and commercial wiring, and gives the student an understanding of the National Electrical Code and how it applies to safe electrical installations. Students learn to install, diagnose and repair electrical systems. After completion, students may continue their training toward their journeyman licensure.

Morning session – 8:10 – 11:10 a.m.
Afternoon session – 12:45 – 3:45 p.m.
