Grievance Policy

Mid-America Technology Center is committed to providing a prompt and equitable resolution for complaints from students, parents, employees, and patrons.
 
The grievance procedure covers complaints related to:
  • Alleged actions prohibited by state or federal law, including discrimination, sexual harassment, and the release of confidential information.
  • Alleged violations of equal employment opportunity requirements and laws requiring the disclosure of certain information.
  • Alleged violations of consumer protection laws applicable to MATC and recipients of state or federal funds.
 
How to File a Complaint
