Daytime Focus
  • Our daytime programs give students a strong and challenging education.

  • Students learn both academic skills and technical skills to help them succeed in the workplace or in college.

  • In-district students under age 22 who are in good standing receive the Next Step Scholarship, which covers tuition for all full-time programs except Practical Nursing and Lineworker.

  • Bus transportation is offered from public high schools in our district.

  • We offer morning classes (8:10–11:10) and afternoon classes (12:45–3:45).

  • Students can earn high school elective and academic credits through these programs.

  • The Mid-America Advantage Center helps students gain the skills they need to be successful in today’s workforce or in post secondary education.

Tuition for Daytime Progams

  • In-district students who are 65 or older do not pay tuition for regular daytime programs.
  • In-district adults ages 62–64 (at the start of the semester) pay 50 cents per clock hour of training.

  • All other students pay $1.00 per clock hour of training.

  • Tuition for out-of-district high school students is set by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.

  • Half of the tuition is due by the 15th day after the student’s start date.

  • The other half is due when the student reaches half of the total hours in their program.

  • Students who do not pay tuition on time may be withdrawn or not allowed to enroll the next semester.

  • Enrollment fees are $40 for both high school and adult students.
