Leadership MidAmerica held it’s first class in the fall of 1997. Since it’s beginning, the program has graduated 300+ leaders.  LMA  connects you with a network of professionals who are invested in their careers, organizations, and communities. Throughout the program, you’ll build relationships that extend beyond the classroom and continue long after graduation.

Program Details

• Class meets one day per month from September through April
• Class time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Graduation ceremony held in April
• Tuition is listed in the program application

• Participants must live or work within the MidAmerica Technology Center district
• 12 participants are selected each year.
